Overview

This policy explains how Seth Anthony Atelier LLC ("Seth Anthony", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our website, join The House, contact us, create an account or place an order.

Information we collect

Contact details. Your name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number.

Shipping and billing details. The addresses you enter at checkout or save to your account.

Order details. The pieces you order, your selected metal, finish and ring size, order totals and order history.

Messages. What you tell us when you send an inquiry or email us.

Account and newsletter details. Your sign-in email, saved items, and whether you have asked to receive emails from The House.

Technical information. Information your browser sends when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, which our hosting and store providers use to operate and secure the site.

Payment card details. Card payments are entered into and processed by Stripe. Seth Anthony never receives or stores your full card number.

How we use it

We use personal information to make and deliver your order, to send order confirmations, production and shipping updates, to answer your questions, to provide your account, and to send emails from The House if you have subscribed.

We also use it to prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

How we share it

We share personal information only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed for the services they provide:

Stripe processes payments.

Nexvato provides the platform for our online store, customer accounts and order records.

EasyPost and the shipping carriers it connects to, such as USPS, UPS and FedEx, receive your name, shipping address and package details to create labels and deliver your order.

Our email provider sends order emails and, if you subscribed, emails from The House.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses your browser's local storage to remember your bag, your saved pieces and your sign-in, and session storage to remember small display preferences during a visit. These are needed for the store to work and are not used for advertising.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy first. You can clear site data at any time in your browser settings; your bag and sign-in will be reset.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order, answer questions about it, and meet tax and accounting requirements. We keep newsletter details until you unsubscribe, and inquiries for as long as needed to respond and keep a record of our conversation.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing taylort@sethanthony.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep information we are required to retain by law.

Every email from The House includes a way to unsubscribe. Order and shipping emails are still sent while an order is open.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. We will honor those rights and will not treat you differently for using them.

Security

We and our providers use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and payment processing by Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
