Agreement

These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Seth Anthony Atelier LLC ("Seth Anthony", "we", "us"), a design house in St. Charles, Missouri. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies on our Shipping & Returns page.

Made to order

Each Seth Anthony piece is made to order in the design, metal, finish and ring size you select. Please allow approximately four weeks for production and fulfillment unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Final sale

All Seth Anthony sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review your selected piece, metal and ring size carefully before placing your order. We strongly recommend confirming your size with a professional jeweler prior to purchase.

The twelve designs in our launch collection cannot be resized. A change in size requires a new ring to be made.

Orders enter production shortly after they are placed. Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars and depend on the metal and options you select. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

If a piece is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may contact you before production begins to confirm the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.

Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Seth Anthony does not receive or store your full card number. Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation.

Production and shipping

Please allow approximately four weeks for production and fulfillment unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Shipping options, rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss

Responsibility for your order passes to you when the carrier delivers it to the shipping address you provided. Please check your address carefully at checkout. If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly.

Product images and finish

Our photographs, renders and interactive views are representations of each design. Screens display metals and finishes differently, and because each piece is made individually, small variations in finish, tone and detail are a natural part of the process.

Gold, silver and vermeil each respond differently to wear. Scratches, patina, tarnish and gradual changes in finish are natural characteristics of jewelry that is worn. See our Materials Guide for care.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Intellectual property

The Seth Anthony name, marks, designs, photographs, films, renders, 3D models and website content belong to Seth Anthony or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or manufacture our designs, or use our content commercially, without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seth Anthony is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your purchase, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving St. Charles County, Missouri.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
